Creative Studio supports multiple sharing modes so you can get feedback from stakeholders, collaborate with teammates, and control who can view or edit a canvas project.

What sharing options are available?

How does live collaboration work?

Live collaboration shows each active editor’s cursor position and currently selected node with a color-coded presence indicator.
Any workspace member with edit access to the brand can join a live session. View-only share links and public view links always remain read-only regardless of live collaboration status.
The last-write-wins model applies to individual node parameters. If two editors modify the same node field simultaneously, the most recent change is preserved. Generation runs are isolated — one editor running a node does not block another.
Yes. Before restructuring the node graph (adding/removing/rewiring many nodes at once), save a named project version first. This gives you a clean rollback point if you want to discard the structural change.
Live collaboration is enabled per-project. Open the project menu, go to Settings, and toggle Live collaboration on. All editors with access will see the session the next time they open the project.
Save named project versions before large structural changes when live collaboration is active. Presence and sync recover gracefully from network interruptions, but major node-graph restructuring is easier to review with a known checkpoint.
