What can I do in the Calendar?
The Calendar is your visual command center for organic scheduling. Every scheduled and recently published post appears here in chronological order.Reschedule posts
Drag a post to a new time slot, or click it and edit the publish date directly.

Open any upcoming post to update the caption, swap media, or change destination accounts.
Track publish status
See at a glance which posts are scheduled, published, or failed — color-coded per status.
How do Drafts work?
Drafts let you save a post without committing to a publish time. Use them when content is still in review, waiting for final creative approval, or simply not ready to go live.1
Create a draft
Start composing a post and choose Save as draft instead of scheduling. The post is saved to Scheduler → Drafts with no publish time attached.

Collaborate and refine
Share the draft link with teammates for review. Editors can update the caption or swap assets directly.

Promote to scheduled
When the draft is approved, open it, set a publish time, and click Schedule. It moves off the Drafts list and onto the Calendar.
What happens when a post fails to publish?
Failed posts appear in the Failures section of your post list, flagged with an error reason.Permission error (token expired or revoked)

The most common cause. Go to Scheduler → Connections, reconnect the affected account, then return to the failed post and click Retry.

Open the post, swap the asset for a platform-compatible version, and reschedule. Refer to the supported formats on the Compose & Schedule page.

Recovery jobs run automatically to clear stuck publish states. If a post remains stuck after a few minutes, click Retry manually or contact support.

Some platforms enforce daily or hourly publish limits. Space out your schedule and retry the failed post at the next available window.
