Elaris has four workspace roles. Permissions apply at the workspace level and can be further refined per brand grant.

What can each role do?

Full control over the workspace.
  • Manage billing, subscriptions, and payment methods
  • Add and remove members at any role level
  • Create, edit, and delete brands
  • Allocate and transfer credits
  • Delete the workspace

Why can’t I generate content?

If you cannot generate, check both your workspace role and your brand membership. You need sufficient access at both levels. Viewers or members without brand access will see a permission banner — click it to request a higher role from an Admin or Owner.
Exact permissions can vary by brand grants. Contact your workspace Owner or Admin to update your role.
