How does billing work?

Elaris uses Stripe for all payment processing.

Upgrade your plan

Go to Workspace → Plan tier and click Upgrade. You’ll be redirected to Stripe Checkout.

Manage payment methods

Access the Stripe customer portal from Payments to update cards, download invoices, or cancel.

Top up with credit packs

On eligible plans, purchase additional credit packs from the Credits section. Packs are added to your balance immediately.

Review payment history

All invoices and transactions appear under Workspace → Payments.
